I'm Bryan Roseveare. I was an airline captain. I still go to work on the flight deck. It's just a full flight simulator these days, and the pilots I train are the ones who fly you around. This is not a side project. Training pilots is my job, and I believe in the way an airline flight deck works. The structure. The discipline.
